Elmo birthday cake. This is the first cake that my soon to be business partner (akginny.. check her page out, she has some great stuff!) and I made together. It's a chocolate buttermilk cake, with chocolate fudge icing in between the layers. We then covered the layers in rolled buttercream frosting and decorated with fondant circles, fondant sign and a molded fondant Elmo. We do not take full credit on all the ideas on the cake, thanks to everyone before us that gave us some of the ideas!
