The mouse head is one side of the Wilton Ball Pan. The ears are made out of 50/50 mix of MMF and gum paste. I stuck 20 gage wire into the ears and stuck them in the cake. The body of the cake is a 9 " checkerboard cake. I think it turned out pretty well and looked neat when the cake was cut. The flavors were chocolate and banana. Both tiers are coated in chocolate buttercream and covered in MMF. The decorations are also MMF.
