Elmo was made from the Wilton 3D Bear Pan. The middle and bottom tier are 8" and 10" round cakes covered in MMF. I used RKT for Elmo's eyes and nose by rolling them into a ball, covered in royal icing and then MMF. Elmo's fur was from tip #32, pipping from the bottom up. At the party, some people thought the fur was Twizzers licorice. I was planning on using the grass tip for the fur, but read somewhere that it was more of a hassle. I will try the grass tip next time, though.
