I got some of the ideas from CakeCentral.com, so thanx a lot to everyone for the inspiration and tips! Inside is a carrotcake filled with sweetend cream cheese and apricot jam (so two layers of filling). I covered the cake with buttercream, then cut out a circle of yellow marzipan, just a little bigger than the top of the cake. I covered it with non-stick paper. Then I covered the whole cake with purple marzipan and cut open the tips so the yellow inside became visible. Then on with the decoration. It was quite some work as this is my 3rd cake, but lots of fun. Thanx for watching!
