This was my first attempt at a cookie bouquet. I made this for my daughter's class treat for her birthday. Really wish that I would have bought a long enough basket to spell out birthday but o-well. Not to shabby I guess. I used NFSC, marshmallow rolled buttercream, and royal icing. Eh.
