Birthday cake for a gentleman w/ last name, Buzzard. The cake is classic white filled w/ BC and covered in MMF. Handpainted wood. The bird was sculpted using RKT mixed w/ chocolate clay (recipe found on CC) which formed a nice solid figure to work with. He's covered in MMF. The little hairs sticking out of his head are cut off yellow stamens. The real ones are so darn ugly, I wanted this guy to look a little cartoonish. If to do over, I would be brave and try to have his neck extended and I would have used a larger drum (used what I had on hand and it will make difficult to handle the cake).
