I made this cake for my uncle's 50th B-day party. Thought I should incorporate some of his interest granted he is a math professor and a violist with the local harmonic symphony. 16 in viola made out of gumpaste, cakes are Haitian butter cake, except for book that says music theory, which is rice krispies treats, and small round cake is chocolate. all cakes are covered with a mixture of fondant and white chocolate.
