This was a "quick cake" all done in a day! It is simple, but for me, a novice, it was an accomplishment. I had just completed my first topsy turvy cake and my cousin asked for a cake for her son's birthday which was the next day. I didn't have time for lettering details, but it worked. I made the MMF (yellow) and had some red left over from my dad's cake and worked it in.
