This was a cake for a co-worker who was leaving. The design was a prospos, so I made a buttercream transfer. The cake was chocolate cake with a raspberry filling and mocha buttercream frosting. OUTSTANDING flavor. Used the easy raspberry filling for the first time..it is amazing!
