Fed Ex airplane birthday cake made for a Fed Ex airplane mechanic. The airplane is made of cake that I carved and covered with fondant. The wings are foamboard and the engines are mini oreos stacked and wrapped with fondant. I pretty much did it by guessing and looking at other photos of cakes.
