I usually just don't have a cake for my birthday since my MIL's bday is right before mine and my niece's is the day after - and no one buys me a cake. This year, since it was my 30th bday, I decided I would fit in a small cake for me with leftover cake batter and fondant. Two tier mini cake (bottom tier is 4", top tier is 2"), covered in chocolate fondant with pink ribbon roses.
