Homemade Fondant on Cake Central

This cake was covered in my first attempt to make homemade fondant. It was before I discovered Satin Ice and wanted something that tasted good. It was AWFUL to work worth. You can't really tell in the photo but there were holes and it wasn't very smooth. They liked it anyway!

Thanks! The homemade fondant does taste great but not happy working with it. I tried to cover the holes with the swirls.
