Made these cakes for my hubby's fire department promotion celebration. Thought it would be nice to make modeling chocolate characters and individual cakes for all of the families that had to endure the promotion process. All the characters are hand sculpted and the acessories are made from my own molds that I made. The cakes were awesome. I made a cosmopolitan cake with white choco ganache and raspberry filling. A chocolate cake with milk choc ganache, fudge buttercream, and raspberry filling. The individual cakes were kaluah based chocolate cakes with dark chocolate ganache and fudge buttercream icing. Fun!!!! Oh, my daugher, Gigi made the firedog on the top. Go Gigi!!!
