This is an orange cake with chocolate ganache covered in fondant. the flowers are made of sugar paste as are the beads (they are threaded on dental floss) this cake is a cautionary tale of why you should always be prepared and not bake and decorate a cake in one night... it will never look as polished as you want it to.
