This was for our 5th anniversary. It is a gluten-free chocolate cake, buttercream iced with royal icing snowflakes and coconut sprinkled on. I used our original wedding cake topper. A big thanks to everyone on CC who shared great directions on how to make the snowflakes!!! (definitely use parchment ppr, not wax!)
