Moist chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and white chocolate ganache and strawberries in the layers. Covered in both dark and white chocolate. This was my first try at a collar and also on this type of swirling, but as I didn't have any mylar, it took a lot of improvising and fiddling, but i eventually got there. I know it's very amateur, but I think I learned a lot working on this, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you to Cake Central for the inspiration, and especially riana and scgriffiths!
