This was just what was left from a cake order "accident" I used a silicone pan and I didn't like the way it cooked. It was very crumbly around the outer edges and wasn't a perfect circle. So I figured it was good enough for my husband and kids :) so I frosted with Red Velvet cake with crusting cream cheese frosting and small amount of RI piping and viola!!! :)
