Steak is a red velvet cake (for the rare effect) covered in CC icing and fondant, then hand painted and black sprinkles for pepper. Baked potato is WASC covered with CC icing and fondant, then hand painted. Filling is CC icing, yellow tinted piping gel for melting butter and pat of butter is fondant.
