I did this for a local supermarket. it's WASC with Choc. BC and Choc. Ganache, and covered in Choc. Ganache. The logo was made with gumpaste, I rolled it very thin then used a homemade lightbox to trace it, Then I painted over it with gel colors mixed with Vodka. the fruit,Veggies, and Bread are RKT covered in fondant. It was alot of fun to make .TFL
