Wedding Cake Workshop

This is by far the most intricate cake I've ever made! It's a yellow cake with lemon curd filing and french vanilla butter cream. It is covered in rolled fondant and iced with royal icing touches. The roses and leaves are made from white chocolate. I made it while assisting a one week wedding cake workshop class. The color scheme would be fitting for a wedding during valentine's day!
