I made this cake for my boss's son's first birthday. She wanted the cake to match all the rest of the decorations. The cakes are carrot with cream cheese filling, BC icing and fondant accents. Thank you to my DH for all of his help with the fondant. The smash cake was carrot with stabilized whipped cream icing. TFL.
