This cake was made for a very special birthday celebration. I had problem with water (I used gellatine) and MMF fish - they got jelly and dissolved within an hour :-( so I had to remove the water made new cornstarch jelly and add new fish.. But the water is not clear using cornstarch..any tips will be appreciated, thank you.
