Fondant covered round cake with 5 to 1 ratio of fondant and gum paste for overlay. Carnations are all gum paste. Gum paste adhesive used for leaves and center of overlay. Over was 2 inches larger then cake, which I should have done 3 inches larger, and made cake 4 inches high vs 3 inches.
