Old bat birthday cake is white cake with lemon cream filling covered with butter cream and fondant. The largest bat has fiber optic lights coming out of the birthday hat. The bats are made out of gum paste with the small ones on pulled sugar curls. The cake was to look like bats having a party in the sky. The birthday girl was thrilled with her cake.
