This I did for my granddaughter who is in gymnastics.....It was a marble cake with bc icing...The doll was from rolled fondant and a dolls head attached to it..Painted with food colors...Name and Birthday banners were from fondant and painted food colors .All the kids liked it as well as my GD. The metals were Chocolate gold coins and the ribbons were rolled fondant....
