Would you believe I have already made another one of these? This one was actually for a production of Steel Magnolias that I directed myself. I made it pretty much the same as the other one I did--but I accidently got a little too much brown on it....so he turned out more on the brown side. He was still a great hit! They actually clapped as I brought it into the room. Head, feet and tails are all RKT and all the icing is cream cheese. Blood red velvet cake on the inside! Classic!
