What type of fondant do you use on your cookies?

I use Pettinice brand fondant.

i love this happy bouquet! I have never made cookies like this before. It always seemed to time consuming for me. Is it hard? :)

Thanks! It's really not hard at all. I use the Wilton cookie lollipop pans and then cover my cookies in rolled fondant that's been cut out with cookie cutters and textured with plastic texture sheets.
