I made my first WASC last night. Filled it with bavarian cream and almond buttercream icing. I added strawberry slices with sugar sprinkled on them just for some color. Really this was a test cake for me. I wanted to test how a WASC tastes and I'm trying to work on my smoothing skills for buttercream. Nothing really to look at... just a practice :)
