As my first attempt at a topsy-turvey cake was a DISASTER, I had to substitute cupcakes for my son's Puppy Birthday cake. I WILL try a topsy-turvey cake again, but not for something like a birthday party! Puppies were made out of fondant to look like our dog and a friend's dog.
