I needed three quick cake ideas for three close friends. I did not have time to try and be very creative. This idea came from this-mama-rocks and Emily212. 2 Layer chocolate cake filled with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache. It is covered with buttercream-hand painted sunset with food coloring mixed with clear vanilla extract. fondant silhouettes- 2 each on the sides of the cake of large & small trees, giraffes & elephants. Silhouette of AAfrica is on the top. This was made for a friend who was a missionary to Africa for 17 years.
