This is my 2nd cake I've ever decorated. First ever in butter cream and first stacked and tiered cake. It was for my daughters 5th birthday party, I was so proud of it that I almost didn't want to cut into it. It is FAR from perfect but she LOVED it! :) We found out just 2 weeks ago that my daughter is allergic to eggs so I searched online and found an eggless white cake recipe and that is what I'll make her cakes from now on, until now I always ordered her cake from Publix but I couldn't find anyone to make it eggless so I decided to make it myself. I'm glad I did, it turned out a lot cooler then any grocery store cake! :)
