First square wedding cake. Cream Cheese BC, real ribbon, gumpaste snowflakes. Two large gumpaste snowflakes to go on top. Cake came out ok... cream cheese BC was not acting well. Cake flavors are cinnamon bun and spice with pumpkin mousse filling. I hate square cakes!
