Whimsey Based On Dr Seuss Bbok
They wanted the cake striped like the cover of the Dr Seuss book "Oh Baby the places you will go. I was not worried about the stripes being straight because the book's stiped our uneven and whimsey look. Not really happy with it, but it does look better in person.

i used different size basket weave tips and went around the cake and then smoothed them out with a bench scraper..
