Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and icing, covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant accents. I used one 6 in, one 7 in and 2 8 in layers and carved them slightly for the correct shape. Thanks to all the CCers who inspired me to try this cake. It was a hit at my husband's family's New Years get-together. I posted close ups of the cookies earlier.
