40Th Wedding Anniversary Frangipani Cake And Cupcakes

I made this for my in-laws 40th Wedding Anniversary, it is a 6" white chocolate and boysenberry cake plus 60 light lemon Frangipani cupcakes. Everything is edible (apart from the papers and stand obviously). The flowers are 50/50 mexican paste and fondant - they took the longest time to make! I was incredibly pleased how this turned out, ecstatic actually! The guests made many kind comments as many of them did not know I'd started decorating only last year. And the cupcakes (to my surprise!) tasted beautiful and were gloriously moist! I hope my work and time management gets better! Please comments and constructive criticism are very welcome! TFL!
