I was asked to make a cake for the oesophagus department of the AMC (Amsterdam hospital). Their logo is a giraffe (having the longest gullet) and this logo had to be incorporated in the cake. The only thing I could come up with was a 3-D cake, because I didn't want the cake to be too funny or childish. Well,, it was a real challenge!
