This cake was very nearly a disaster! First I had to re-ice the whole thing because it turned out too ivory. Then the top layer of the bottom tier slide during transport and I wasn't sure I would be able to fix it! Fortunately, the lighting in the reception room was not good and it helped conceal the damage. No one even noticed and the bride and groom were totally thrilled with the appearance and taste. What a relief!
