This was for a sweet 16 Birthday party... Girl wanted Yellow,Teal, Orange, Lime Green & White with Stars, Dots & Stripes... This is what I came up with! Top and Middle tier are chocolate. Bottom tier was vanilla confetti all covered in Buttercream then decorated with handmade Fondant decorations and dusted with edible luster spray... TYFL!!! :)
