A chocolate & vanilla gluten free cake w/vanilla frosting. It was for a school lunch so I couldn't make it look Christmasy. I got the idea from all the wonderful bakers on CC, I never would have thought of it on my own. The accents are fondant & royal icing snowflakes. Apparently an aid at the school loved it so much so let my daughter eat a small piece off the back of the igloo and asked if she could take the rest home! Strange, but I guess that is a compliment!!!???
