I wanted to do a Christmas present cake that was a bit different. Made this as a Christmas gift for the amazing staff at my childrens' daycare (who basically help us raise our kids.) The entire staff is female, hence the feminine cake. Red velvet cake with chocolate BC filling, covered in MMF. MMF, gumpaste and RI decorations.
