Cupcakes with buttercream icing and smash cake for 1st birthday. Footballs were made out of fondant and piped with royal icing. The cooler and baby bottles in the cooler were also made out of fondant. The ice in the cooler was a corn syrup/sugar combo that was brought to about 295 degrees F and poured into small molds and broken up.
