This cake was for a real ballerina. I like to surprise my brides. In other words, as I work on a cake, I might decide to go the extra mile for a bride. This bride was particularly sweet and it was easy to go the extra mile. The cake is Swedish buttercake with chocolate mousse and chocolate cake with dulce de leche cream filling .. it is iced in Italian meringue buttercream.
