Cubscouts cake auction. I made this cake with help from my son and my husband. This was an entry in the Cub scouts bake-off. The cake was auctioned off for charity. The entire cake and scene is edible. The tree stumps are rolo candies. The fire pit is graham crakers with crushed peanuts around it, then we used pretzels for the logs and the funnest part was making the flame - we melted brach's butterscotch candy with the cinnimon candy and swirled it together while still hot. then we spread it out on wax paper and when cooled we just broke into peices and stuck into the "logs" for the flame. The cake is 2 square cakes that were cut and assymbled to the shape of a tent and then frosted with greeen and black. I hope you have as much fun viewing this as we had making it!
