My youngest daughter is an absolute strawberry thief. It is amazing that any of the rest of us get to eat a strawberry from the garden at the rate she eats them. So what better for her birthday than a strawberry themed cake. The cake is white cake with homemade strawberry pie filling. The icing is cream cheese frosting, and the strawberry decorations are Wilton fondant.
