Double layer 9x13 chocolate Oreo cake with Oreo buttercream filling. Blue vanilla buttercream on the outside. All decorations (except for cars) are fondant - the signs are hand painted. The happy birthday sign is hand printed on paper & mounted on toothpicks to stand up. I got the idea from 4 different cakes on here - thanks so much for the inspirations!
