Our first cake! This "cheese" cake and cutting board are made with fondant over chocolate rasperry filled cake. The "crakers" are also fondant. The only non-cake items are the label, parsely and cheese slicer. This was made as a joke for a family member's 50th birthday...she HATES cheese. We've never taken a single class, but after making this cake, we're hooked. My husband and I have found a fun new hobby!
