Santa's workshop is made with butter pound cake using the wilton stand-up house pan, with chocolate and buttercream icing, all figures in windows are buttercream handpiped and the snow is buttercream, small christmas trees & snowman are marshmellow and the the large christmas tree is spiral mint candy. My grandaughter age 8 at the time wanted something other than gingerbread for her house, she loved helping me make this!
