I made this turkey cake for my family. I also made an entire Thanksgiving dinner, but done as dessert. The cake is covered in fondant, handpainted. The legs are RKT covered in fondant, with fondant wings. The stuffing is banana muffins, painted on top and cubed. The peas and carrots are fondant with Now and Later taffy for butter pats. The cranberry sauce is jello jigglers. The potatoes are homemade Irish Potato candies. The gravy is french vanilla cool whip. And the pumpkin pie is another cake with a fondant crust.
