I saw this cake on a 30 second clip on You Tube and tried to reproduce it. It's my first purse cake. Thank you to K8Memphis for telling me how to get the strap to harden overnight. This lemon cake is a surprise for a supervisor where I work. Everything is fondant except the strap which is a fondant/gumpaste mix.
