Woulda shoulda coulda.... This cake was a lot more work than it should have been. I was doing ribbon roses on the top tier, ran out of time & made a string of pearls & cut those up for the bottom tier. Just realized this AM that I should have put flowers on the top & bottom of the bottom tier. That's why I don't do this for a living! I saw a cake like this on a cake show (by Gateaux-inc.com) and fell in love.
